Hat sizing can vary so much depending on age, gender, hair, and so many other factors. When you factor in hat materials, even more variance is introduced as some materials are inherently more flexible than others.

As a general rule, I size hats using this chart. It’s always a good idea to measure to ensure optimal fit!
